Terms And Conditions
It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the inflatable or equipment.
Please ensure that the following safety instructions are followed.
- A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable and equipment at all times.
- The inflatable unit has an age limit of 12 years and under. Older children and adults will damage the unit, if it is found that it has been used by anyone over the age of 12 you will be responsible for the costs to have the the inflatable retested and any repairs needed.
- No persons under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and/or medicines are allowed to use, operate or supervise the inflatable or equipment.
- No food or drinks to be consumed on the inflatable (to avoid chocking and damage to the equipment).
- All shoes,badges, jewellery, (i.e. large earrings, necklaces etc). MUST be removed. It is also recommended that spectacles are removed.
- Face-paints, party-poppers, coloured streamers or “silly string” MUST NOT be used near or on the inflatable, as they can make a terrible mess and stain the unit. You will be responsible for full repair costs if the unit can not be returned to its original condition, a cleaning charge of £45 will be made if we need to clean the inflatable.
- No somersaults, back or front flips. no pushing or rough play, bouncing off walls, wrestling or kicks.
- Do not bounce on top of the slide and do not slide into people below.
- No jumping from the top of the slide. Never slide down head first only feet first.
- Climbing, hanging, sitting or sliding down the safety walls is dangerous and must not be allowed.
- No smoking near the inflatable.
- Ensure that the inflatable is not overcrowded, and limit the numbers depending on age and size of children, we suggest 6 to 8 maximum, do not allow small and large children to use the inflatable at the same time.
- If the inflatable has a slide ensure children only go down 1 at a time and feet first only.
- Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front step. The step is there for the purpose of helping users to get on and off the inflatable.
- Ensure that no one with a history of back or neck problems are allowed on the inflatable.
- Do not allow users to be on the inflatable during inflation or deflation.
- Do not use inflatable in heavy rain, in the event of the inflatable getting wet it can be dried with a towel and used again if it stops raining.
- Wind, in the event of wind speed exceeding 38km/h (force 5 Beaufort scale), the unit should be deflated immediately and then re inflated once the winds subside. Beaufort scale description = fresh breeze - small trees and leafs begin to sway.
- Ensure that the intake vent on the side of the blower is kept clear at all times.
- The equipment is supplied with a residual current device (RCD), ensure ensure that this is plugged into the electrical socket at all times during operation of the inflatable.
- No water fights or pets allowed near or on the inflatable, if the inflatable is wet on collection due to misuse, a charge of £45 will be made.
